Victor was in my Marketing Management class, fall semester of 2006. I found this young man to be very personable, responsible, works well with others in a group, positive, determined, and very pleasant.
I also got to know him informally during offfice hours and lunch time. He is very friendly, enthusiastic, goal oriented, and open to discussing various topics.
It has been a pleasure getting to know Victor. He has a natural gift of getting along with others. It is obvious that he has goals and enjoys challenges. He wants to learn and grow as a person. Victor works hard and strives to do his best.
I recommend Victor Sultana to any employer who wants a truly committed young man who will make a viable contribution to the organization.
Victor is a student in my Entrepreneurship class. Without hesitation, I can say that Victor “gets it”.
He is curious and asks the right questions. He gets the job done and perhaps most importantly, he takes a great deal of pride in his work.

Victor is an intern at Byrne Electrical. I have known him for well over a year. He attacks his assignments with total commitment and vigor, where it is a mundane task or complex project. His passion and enthusiasm are infectious. He has the unique quality of being a gifted individual that makes the people around him more effective. He is emotionally mature beyond his years. He is able to effectively navigate office politics with surprising ease. I can not recommend him highly enough.
